Founded in 2012, DJM Partners is a HUB certified commercial electrical contracting company dedicated to operational excellence. Our combined experience in the industry enables us to provide our clients peace of mind while successfully completing your project. Our core values guide us to ensure that all team members return home safe each day and that our integrity in what we propose is what we deliver at a minimum.

Our Leadership

Jeff Mikeska

Jeff has over 35 years as a leader in the electrical contracting industry and holds his Texas Masters License in electrical contracting.  He has been an executive and stockholder with one of the largest national electrical contractors.  Jeff has numerous relationships in Texas with clients and contractors.  His responsibility at DJM is to provide executive oversight and guidance.  Jeff’s project experience ranges from values of $35,000,000 to smaller $100,000 projects delivering the same quality to detail that he is known for in the industry.

Debbie Mikeska

Debbie formed DJM Partners with Jeff to utilize her 25 plus years as an executive in the Advertising/Marketing field with one of the largest national advertising agencies, DDB Needham and with various companies within the Omnicom Group in the role of EVP/COO/CFO. She followed these positions with years of business consulting for companies needing financial and strategic guidance.  Debbie’s role at DJM is to oversee operations and finance as well as provide the overall strategic oversight of the company's growth.
